Attention skippers! On the water area of the Kazanka river from the Millennium bridge to the Kremlin dam there are competitions of sailing vessels
From August 18 to 31, the Ministry of sports of the Republic of Tatarstan and the sailing Federation hold a sailing competition of the Premier division "stage II of the National Sailing League" in the water area of the Kazanka river from the Millennium bridge to the Kremlin dam.
Shipowners in this area must comply with the rules of navigation, observe the safety rules when crossing the ship's course and speed limits.
According to rule 18 of the International regulations for the prevention of collisions at sea (МППСС-72), a power-driven vessel must give way when moving:
a vessel that cannot be controlled;
a vessel that is restricted in its ability to maneuver.
