The man who died in the fire earlier refused to install fire detectors

At 21.40, 08.08.2020, a message was received that a house was burning at the address: Menzelinsk, R. Luxemburg street, 22, a disabled man was in the house.
A section of the gas and smoke protection service of the fire Department found the body of a man born in 1966 on a smoldering sofa in the hall, he was handed over to emergency medical workers, and the doctors pronounced him dead.
The man was asleep and could not get out of the smoke-filled room. If a fire alarm went off in the house, its signal would be heard not only by the owner of the house, but also by the neighbors. Then the outcome of the fire could hardly have been so tragic.
