Firefighters - rescuers of the Federal fire service detachment, who protect the Nizhnekamsk industrial complex from fires and accidents, also took an active part in the blood donation campaign timed to the world donor day, which was celebrated on June 14.
The head of the unit Kamil Shigapov directed his subordinates to take an active part in the action, noting that "by donating blood, we help our doctors who treat and fight for people's lives." Today, more than 70 people have donated blood. Among them, the driver of the fire and rescue unit No. 47, Pavel Solovyov, who has been regularly donating his blood since 1987 and is an honorary donor. Pavel Stanislavovich participated in the war in Afghanistan. "After Afghanistan, I know what the help that is expected means. And blood is vital, both for treatment and for emergency medical care." - he said.
