The forces and means of the Kazan fire and rescue garrison with the rank of fire No. 2 went to the place. Upon arrival of the first fire and rescue unit SRU-76 at 22.03, it was established that there was an explosion in the operator's building, resulting in a fire of a stationary container of finished products with a volume of 200 cubic meters. there was a flare burning up to 50 m high. There was a threat of fire spreading to neighboring reservoirs.
Extinguishing was performed in thermal insulation suits with the use of a foam lifter. A mobile pumping station is involved.
199 people and 58 units of equipment were involved in the elimination of the accident, 116 personnel and 32 units of fire – rescue and special equipment were involved from the Ministry of emergency situations.
