Water doesn't forgive mistakes. The search for the missing fisherman continues in the Nizhnekamsk district
On April 5, 2020 at 09: 15 in the UDSD of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, a message was received by phone from the duty officer of the Department of internal Affairs of Kamskiye Polyany about the disappearance of two fishermen. Two men at 7 o'clock on April 4 went fishing and did not return two residents of the Kama Glades in 1955 and 1960. They had a black wooden boat. After 17 hours, we did not get in touch. During the search, rescuers ZSRS no.6 found the body of 1 fisherman. The search for the second one continues.
Recall that before entering the water, the skipper of a small vessel must:
- check the serviceability of the vessel and its mechanisms;
- timely conduct technical inspection of the vessel (once every five years);
- check the availability of necessary equipment, life-saving equipment and other supplies in accordance with established standards.
- observe the permitted distance from the shore and the height of the wave, i.e. you must get information about upcoming weather conditions.
- have means of communication with you, warn your family about the place of intended fishing or recreation.
