I would like to draw the attention of our citizens to strict compliance with fire safety Rules during the upcoming non-working week.
Taking into account the fact that many of you will spend your forced vacation outside of the city, in suburban areas, I ask you to refrain from lighting an open fire when cleaning household plots and cooking food.
As a result of an abnormally warm winter in most of our country, the fire season started much earlier. The established warm weather, as well as increased wind, contribute to an increase in the number of landscape and man-made fires, which lead not only to damage to your property, but also to the death of your loved ones and people living in the neighborhood.
Only over the past day, the Russian Ministry of emergency situations put out 3,278 fires, which is 3 times more than in the same period last year. 164 people were injured, 24 of them were killed, including 1 child.
Dear parents, please do not leave your children unattended, because the main cause of fires is careless handling of fire!
