SISV informs: from 1 January 2020 the taxation for the possession of a small size vessel will change
In accordance with the Federal law of 15.04.2019 No. 63-FZ "About an amendments to part two of the tax code of the Russian Federation and article 9 of the Federal law "About an amendments to parts one and two of the Tax code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees" from 1 January 2020, any small vessel registered in the Register of small vessels will be the object of taxation.
In view of the written above, the owners of small vessels with engine power up to 10 HP, which was registered before the entry into force of the Federal law dated 23.04.2012 № 36-FZ "About an amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation concerning the definition of small vessel", wishing to exclude the ship from the Register of small size vessels, you should contact the place of registration of a small vessel in units of the SISV Center of EMERCOM of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan.
We remind you that the deregistration of small vessels is carried out exclusively at the place of registration. State duty for deregistration of small vessels is not charged.
It is necessary to have:
ship's ticket,
original passport,
copy of passport (first page and page with registration),
application (to be filled in on the place).
Within 3 working days from the date of application, the vessel will be removed from the register.
