At the time of the 2019 WorldSkills Kazan in Kazan and Laishevo district, Republic of Tatarstan introduced special fire-prevention mode

During the World championship of working professions WorldSkills Kazan 2019 in Kazan and two rural settlements Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan will be introduced a special fire regime. The corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers was signed by acting Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin. The document notes: "to Establish from 16 to 29 August in the territory of Kazan, as well as Bolshekabansky and Stolbishchensky rural settlements of Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan a special fire regime."

During the special fire-fighting regime it is forbidden to burn dry grass and garbage, to build fires on the lands of all categories, as well as the use of pyrotechnics 1-3 hazard class closer than 100 meters from the objects involved in the Championship. In addition, in the period from 16 to 29 August in places of mass recreation of citizens, forest Park areas and near the objects of the championship, the heads of municipalities were ordered to organize patrols to comply with the requirements of fire safety by citizens.
