III all-Russian heroic-рatriotic festival of children and youth creativity "Star of salvation" started
The main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan launched the first stage of the III all-Russian heroic-рatriotic festival of children and youth creativity "Star of Salvation". The theme of the festival - "EMERCOM of Russia: Courage-Honor-Salvation", "dedicated to the Heroes of salvation."
Students of educational organizations, children's clubs, sections and other creative teams aged 7 to 18 years are allowed to participate in the festival. Participation may be individual or collective, voluntary and free of charge.
The first stage of the festival is held from June to August 2019.
The I-th stage of the festival is organized in the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. Applications and works for the I-th stage of the festival are accepted by e-mail ovripo@mail.ru, marked "Star of salvation" until July 25, 2019.
The festival includes the following creative competitions:
1. Competition of fine arts.
2. Competition of literary creativity.
3. Competition of musical creativity.
4. Competition of choreographic creativity.
5. Competition of scenic creativity.
All submitted works must correspond to the theme of the festival. Each work is accompanied by an application in electronic form.
