Kazan is preparing to ensure the safety of the final of the VII national WorldSkills Russia championship.
Today, the international exhibition center "Kazan Expo" held interdepartmental tactical and special exercises of physicians, rescuers and firefighters. According to the plan of the exercises in the block "C" during welding there was an explosion of an oxygen cylinder, resulting in a partial collapse of the structures and the ignition of some elements. At this time there are 1000 people in the building. There was a panic and stampede among the spectators.
While the building brings together the emergency services, the staff are pulling some people on the street. Not everyone is able to evacuate, under the rubble there are people. According to the scenario of the exercises, 15 people were injured. Thanks to harmonious actions of firemen, rescuers and physicians training took place in a rating of "good." All the tasks were completed in full.
