Before the start of navigation, navigation on small boats is prohibited
Article 11.8. the administrative code "Violation of the rules of operation of vessels, as well as the management of the vessel by a person who has no right to control" (as amended by the Federal law of 29.12.2017 № 452-ФЗ):
1. Management of the vessel (including small size, subject to state registration), which has not passed technical inspection (survey), or not carrying onboard numbers or designations, or re-equipped without the corresponding permission or with violation of standards of passenger capacity, restrictions on the area and conditions of navigation, except for the cases provided by part 3 of this article, -
entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles.
We remind you that in accordance with paragraph 2.2. Rules of use of water objects for navigation on small size vessels in the Republic of Tatarstan (approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of October 15, 2007 No. 562) navigation of small size vessels on navigable reservoirs is allowed from the moment of opening of navigation before its closing, and on non-navigational - after recession of flood waters before the beginning of ice structure.
