The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a plan of measures to protect the population and territory of the Republic of Tatarstan during the spring flood of 2019
The corresponding resolution "About the measures to protect the population and territory of the Republic of Tatarstan during the spring flood of 2019 " was signed by RT Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin. In order to prevent emergency situations and protect the population, economic and residential facilities, hydraulic structures, roads and bridges during the spring flood of 2019, an action Plan for the protection of the population and the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan during the spring flood of 2019 was approved, which prescribed organizational, practical and control measures for the ministries and departments involved, as well as the tasks of the leadership of ministries and departments responsible for the implementation of flood control measures.
By March 31, 2019, the Ministry of emergency situations of Tatarstan with the Executive authorities of the Republic and local authorities will organize and conduct a comprehensive training with the authorities and forces of the territorial subsystem of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan to eliminate emergencies of regional and municipal character in the flood period. Also, a large amount of work must be done by the municipal authorities.
Before and during the floods to local authorities, the Volga directorate of Rostekhnadzor, Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan commissioned to conduct a Commission examination of hydraulic structures, which are in an emergency and pre-emergency status, as well as hydraulic structures, the ownership of which is not registered (transferred by act of acceptance-transfer), as well as the preparation of acts of inspection of hydraulic structures.
Control over the execution of this resolution is entrusted to the Ministry of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
