Raid of inspectors of state supervision on residential sector
As part of the seasonal operation "Housing" employees of the Federal state fire supervision organized a tour through the houses of Kanash and Bolsheminsky rural settlements of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district. Preventive talks were held with the population, during which the inspectors of the state fire service told in detail the residents of the private sector about the consequences of careless handling of fire and what is the result of violations of fire safety rules.
Since the beginning of the year 137 fires have occurred in the Republic of Tatarstan, which killed 6 people, 13 people were injured.
The causes of most fires are malfunctions in electrical wiring, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces and careless handling of fire.
As a rule, during preventive work, special attention is paid to elderly people, disadvantaged citizens and large families. During the raid, the inspectors of the state supervision distributed among the population a memo with fire safety rules and an algorithm of action when a fire is detected.
Referring to the recent tragic events associated with the gas explosion in residential buildings in Magnitogorsk and Shakhty, chief inspector of OND and PR in the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district Lenar Murdagalimov reminded about observance of fire safety rules at operation of gas devices. At operation of gas devices the following is forbidden:
- to use faulty gas devices;
- leave them unattended for too long, with the exception of gas appliances, which can and (or) to be in a round the clock operation in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer;
- install (place) furniture and other combustible objects and materials at a distance of less than 0.2 meters from household gas appliances horizontally and less than 0.7 meters vertically (when these objects and materials overhanging household gas appliances).
The main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan warns:
