Tatarstan President, Rustam Minnikhanov, Called for Monitoring the Situation with Ensuring People's Safety at Water Bodies

In the Republic of Tatarstan, from the beginning of 2018, 63 people died on water, while 36 people died in the same period last year.

The discussion in video-conference mode with all regions was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As well, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, took part in the meeting.

In accordance with the instruction of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, requests were sent to the heads of municipal districts and city okrugs to provide weekly information on the situation with people's deaths in water bodies and preventive work.
