The competition committee, chaired by N. V. Surzhko, reviewed the applications received for participation in the competition and evaluated the candidates based on their actual achievements in their professional activities, as well as professional knowledge, skills and personal qualities.
As a result of the voting, candidates were identified who successfully passed internal selection tests, demonstrated a high professional level and will represent the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan at the main stage of the republican competition.
