On July 4, 2025, Georgy Semenovich Rabinovich, a retired colonel of the internal service, passed away at the age of 77 after a long illness.
Through his work, G.S. Rabinovich repeatedly confirmed his professionalism, and demonstrated courage and heroism in numerous firefighting operations. During his many years of service, many fires were prevented under his leadership, thereby saving a huge amount of material assets from being destroyed by fire.
The merits of Georgy Semenovich were rightfully recognized by the commendations of the management of the State Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and departmental awards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
After his discharge from the service, Georgy Semenovich did not lose touch with the squad, continuing to transfer his experience and knowledge to young employees.
The memory of Georgy Semyonovich will remain in the hearts of all those who had the opportunity to communicate with him and serve.
The management and personnel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan express their condolences to the family and friends of Georgy Semenovich Rabinovich.
The farewell ceremony will take place on July 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arsky Cemetery of Kazan near the Church of the Yaroslavl Wonderworkers.
