Today in the territory of the international exhibition center Kazan Expo there took place large-scale interdepartmental command-staff exercise on reaction of governing bodies and forces functional and territorial subsystems of prevention and emergency response of the Republic of Tatarstan on localization and minimization of consequences of possible emergencies and incidents during preparation and holding the International multisports tournament "Future Games".

On February 8, at 11 o'clock, the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center will host interdepartmental command and staff exercises with the management bodies and forces of the functional and territorial subsystems for the prevention and elimination of emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan to localize and minimize the consequences of possible emergencies and incidents at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center during the preparation and holding of the International Multisport Tournament "Games of the Future."

Employees of the Zelenodolsk fire and rescue garrison today conducted exercises at the Nizhnevyazovsky branch of Tatarstan Grain Technologies JSC. Despite the poor weather and road conditions, the planned fire and tactical exercises took place, as expected, in normal mode.

Inspectors of the Department of Supervision and Preventive Work in the Zelenodolsk Municipal District, together with employees of the 8th fire and rescue squad, conduct preventive raids on the residential sector of Zelenodolsk.

The driver of the fire truck Linar Ilgamov met his 60th birthday on duty in the fire and rescue unit No. 50, which is part of the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Office of Contractual Divisions in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The so-called "corridor-type houses," or hostels, are constantly in the zone of close attention of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. It is in such houses that fires often arise, as a result of which people can die. The peculiarities of the structures and planning of buildings and the contingent living here create additional risks in the event of fires in such houses.

Most recently, the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan in fire and rescue sports became the winner of the home All-Russian competitions of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The annual operation "Snowmobile" has started in the republic.
