Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 59 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 6, abandoned buildings – 1, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 21. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 2, various types of property – 2, hay – 1.

‘Human Factor. League of Professionals’ All-Russian Competitions started as long ago as in March 2017. Their aim is to actualize professional knowledge in the field of first aid and psychological support to citizens suffered during emergency situations. From the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan the fire and rescue department No. 48 of the 7th squad consisted of three firefighters participated in the competitions. The team entered the first ten taking the tenth place.

The report about burning was sent to the single emergency services call number 112 at 7.20 AM. Forces and means of Zelenodolsk fire and rescue garrison work at the scene. The roof burned on the area of 60 sq. m. There are no injured and dead. The technological process was not interrupted.

Preparing to publish a book dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Soviet fire service was one of the main issues which participants of the gathering of chairmen of the Board of Veterans of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for subjects of Volga Federal Okrug discussed in Kazan. Head of veterans organizations will stay in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan until June 9.

Within the charity action organized to the International Children’s Day, the staff of all zonal search and rescue squads of the republic collected children’s clothes and toys for the children of ‘Akcharlak’ orphanage of Rybnaya Sloboda Municipal District. 432 toys and 297 items of clothes were collected for them. The head of Search and Rescue Service under EMERCOM RT, Ilham Nasibullin, thanked the staff for warm treat to the children.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, including residential sector – 6, outhouses – 1. 1 person died. 1 person was saved.

Garrison contests of crews of gas and smoke service passed in Nizhnekamsk on a training polygon of the 1st squad of the federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan. 52 crews competed for the title of the best. The beginning of practical exercises was overcoming fire course. In short time with zero visibility firefighters conducted scouting in the heat and smoke chamber. Then, crews held forces and means deployment for extinguishing conditional fire. The last exercise was hitting targets with hand fire barrels.
