Forces and means of the Kazan rescue and fire fighting garrison have quickly arrived to the scene. The staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has organized the emergency evacuation of visitors, personnel and protection, in number of 20 people. Then firefighters of gas and smoke protective service have carried out investigation of the seat of fire in shopping center.
