On July 10, 2019 suddenly the head of department of prevention of emergency situations of management of civil protection of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan the lieutenant colonel of internal service Andrey Vladimirovich Shakimov died. He devoted all the life to service to the state. Its progress, high professionalism were repeatedly noted by departmental awards. Today hundreds of people came to a civil funeral: colleagues, friends, relatives.

Much attention is paid to fire safety of objects with mass stay of people. Life and health of patients in case of any emergency situation, including the fire depends on existence and serviceability of fire protection systems, competent actions of personnel.

Therefore inspectors of GPN allocate one of leading roles in work on prevention for fire-prevention instructing with personnel.

The summer period in the heat, and most of citizens during all this period live or come for the weekend to the country sites. For this reason since May, the number of fires in garden and country houses increases.

Today during raid on garden associations "Sokol" and "Tayfun", located in Arsky district near the settlement of Kishmetyevo, the inspector of interdistrict department of supervising activity and scheduled maintenance on Arsky and Atninsky municipal districts Anton Sotov reminded citizens of observance of fire safety requirements.

The inspector of GPN placed the main focus on precautionary measures when using of the dug-out fire.

Incidents for July 11, 2019:  Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT departed by alert 49 times. From them on false calls of-21 times, on interaction with other services – 13 times, on burning of food – 1 time, on other - 1 time. The fire republics liquidated – 9 fires, from them the inhabited sector - 2 fires, outdoor constructions - 1 fire, other objects of-5 fires, vehicles – 1 fire.

The reasons of the fires became: careless handling of fire - 4 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, violation of the rules of the device and operation of electric equipment – 4 fires.

SRS of EMERCOM of RT and VRSRS of Russian EMERCOM departed 5 times. From them: on road accident - 2 times, on other - 2 times, on search of-1 times.

For preventive work - 19.

Today on the basis of a sports and training arena of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation on RT the final stage of a republican review competition "The best chief of guard of divisions of the Federal fire service across the Republic of Tatarstan" took place. The best nachkara showed not only theoretical knowledge of office preparation, but also perfected skill during delivery of standards for physical training. The review competition of professional skill is organized and "The constellation of courage" is carried out within the All-Russian festival on subject of safety and rescue of people.

In each house there can be a fire and therefore it is necessary to protect himself from possible troubles to the maximum. For this purpose, first of all, it is necessary to observe fire safety requirements, but at the same time you should not forget about how to react if the fire nevertheless occurred. For this purpose work on prevention of the fires in housing stock within which to citizens measures of fire safety are led up is actively conducted.

Gipsy in Russia represent very diverse conglomerate of subethnoses. As a rule, it is the people living nomadic and semi-nomadic groups, however also those who settled on this or that territory for a long time meet and there not one generation lives.

Today inspectors of the State Fire Safety Service placed emphasis in the scheduled maintenance which is carried out in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny on the places of residence of Gipsy.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT departed by alert 40 times. From them on false calls - 14 times, on interaction with other services – 11 times, on burning of food – 6 times. The fire republics liquidated – 7 fires, from them in apartment houses - 3 fires, in baths and saunas - 1 fire, on other objects-1 fire, in unexploited buildings – 1 fire. 5 people are saved. 1 person suffered.

SRS of EMERCOM of RT and VRSRS of Russian EMERCOM departed 10 times. From them: on road accident - 1 time, for search works – 2 times, on the fire – 1 time, on a door unblocking – 4 times, on rescue of the calf who got stuck in a bituminous pool – 1 time, on removal of a hornet's nest – 1 time.

Activity results for the first half of the year 2019 discussed at a joint meeting of board of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministries of affairs of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan today. Summing up the results of the first half of the year, the chief of the Tatarstan central board of Emercom of Russia lieutenant general of internal service Rafis Khabibulin noted that preparation on safety of the national and world championships on professional skill of WorldSkillsKazan 2019 was the main objective of Emergency Ministry.

Today in the Kamskoe Ystie remember the victims of the largest accident in the history of the Russian river transport. On July 10, 2011 – this day forever tragically changed life of many people and their families: seven years ago near the village of Syukeevo the diesel electrocourse "Bulgaria" onboard which there were 201 person sank. 122 persons, including 28 children died. 79 people were saved by crew of the Arabella ship under the leadership of the captain Roman Lizalin.

Summer vacation is time when children spend the leisure-time most often in children's recreation camps. As go on nature the main thing not to forget about own safety, the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations gives the corresponding classes. Today in summer country recreation camp "Sosnovka" the meeting of children with the staff of department of supervising activity and scheduled maintenance on the Bugulma municipal district and rescuers of Zone search and rescue group No. 7 was organized (Leninogorsk) at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RT.
