According to the Federal state budgetary institution "Department for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan" on April 11-13, 2020, the weather on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be formed under the influence of active cyclones and atmospheric fronts. Weather conditions will deteriorate significantly.

At 17.48 on April 9, to the point of contact of unit 64 of the SRU 11 of the FFS group of the state emergency service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan received a message about the fire apartment at the address: Bugulma district, v. Podgorny, Lugovaya street, h.16.

Accidents on April 9:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 144 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 48 fires: residential sector-8 fires, other objects-38 fires, unused buildings (structures) – 2 fires. In the fires, 1 person was injured, 1 person was saved.

A special fire protection regime is in effect in Kazan from April 1 to may 30, 2020 in accordance with the resolution of the city Executive Committee. During this period, it is forbidden to burn garbage and dry grass in suburban areas and on public territories. You can not also build any fires and use barbecues for cooking and other needs.

Accidents on April 7:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 61 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 19 fires: residential sector-3 fires, buildings (structures) under construction (under reconstruction) - 1 fire, other objects - 14 fires, non – operational buildings (structures) - 1 fire.

On April 7, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing for journalists with the participation of Deputy head of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in RT – the head of Department of supervision and preventive work of the Colonel of internal service Sergey Sergeev. The topic of the briefing: "on the introduction of a special fire protection regime in the Republic of Tatarstan". Taking into account the restrictions adopted to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the briefing was held remotely.

On April 5, 2020 at 09: 15 in the UDSD of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, a message was received by phone from the duty officer of the Department of internal Affairs of Kamskiye Polyany about the disappearance of two fishermen.

Accidents on April 6:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 75 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 21 fires: residential sector-4 fires, vehicles-2 fires, other objects-15 fires.

From "Department for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring of RT" it was received advice warning about the intensity of meteorological phenomena with 18 hours on 6 April to 22 hours on 7 April 2020.
The evening of April 6, keeping during the day on 7 April 2020 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan places expected strong wind with gusts of 15-20 m/s (in Kazan up to 18 m/s); night and morning a short snowstorm and education, on roads there is ice.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 140 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 47 fires: residential sector-9 fires, other objects-36 fires, vehicles-2 fires. 32 people were saved in the fires, unfortunately, 1 person died.
