Today, EMERCOM of Russia holds countrywide complex training in order to examine the readiness of management bodies, forces and measures of the emergency department to accident-free passage of floods and provision of steady work of objects of economics and social infrastructure before the flood-danger period. Special attention was paid to holding rescue and other urgent works.
On February 13, 2015 at 3:40 A.M. burning of a private house in the village Poisevo of Aktanyshsky District was reported. The open fire was localized at 3:58 A.M. It was eliminated at 5:10 A.M. As a result of the fire a part of the house and the roof were burned out.
Incidents as of February 12:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 52 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, 2 of them in the residential sector.
Causes are: violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 1, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 1, careless handling of fire – 1, defect in heating stove – 1, ascertain – 3.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 9 times.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.
Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 8 times. Including: door unblocking – 3, traffic accident – 1, preventive raid for talking with fishermen – 1, others – 3.
On February 13, 2015 at 3:40 A.M. burning of a private house in the village Poisevo of Aktanyshsky District was reported. The house was inhabited by two families. According to the neighbors, from which the report was received, the fire started in that half of the house which was inhabited by a family consisting of five people – a man, a woman, and three children. The family was registered as an unsuccessful, the adults abused alcohol drinks.
Today, not far from the settlement Peschanye Kovali of Laishevsky District landing of Kazan search and rescue squad was worked out. Total of more than ten landings down to a restricted area were done.
A few fire departments by an alarm signal rushed to the district Culture House in Menzelinsk to practice extinguishing a fire and evacuation of people another one. According to the plan, the fire occurred because of a short circuit of lighting techniques at the scene of the hall. Also, gas, electricity network services, ambulance brigades and police employees were involved in safety provision.

EMERCOM of Russia and Tatarstan organizations in cooperatively plan producing drones for being created pilotless aviation centers of the department. According to Vladimir Puchkov, at the present time EMERCOM of RF creates pilotless aviation centers in Russian regions, and one of them will open in Kazan. “Rescue services should be equipped with the best native programs” – underlined Vladimir Puchkov.
