Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 67 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 22, singed meal – 6, short circuit of wiring without burning – 6, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 1 of them in the residential sector. 1 person died.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 29, singed meal – 1, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 17. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 2 fires, 2 of them – outhouses.

The best divers of Search and Rescue Service attached to EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan hold a water and diving training assembly. Soon they will have to provide safety at World Aquatics Championship. Particularly, rescuers must stand by participants of the competitions on high diving in case of unsuccessful landing on water from 27 meter tower.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 59 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 25, singed meal – 2, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 11 fires, 3 of them in residential sector.

Today, thematic intercommunication conference was held in National Crisis Management Center under the direction of the head of EMERCOM of Russia, Vladimir Puchkov. There were summed up the work of air rescue centers (ARC) and appointed main directions of development of modern technologies in this field.

All-Russian action “EMERCOM for Safe Childhood” goes at full speed in the Republic of Tatarstan. This week, at once pupils of two Kazan schools (No. 17 and 129) which have their holiday at school camps visited firefighters of the Educational Center of Federal Fire Service fir RT. Children saw by their own eyes how firefighters keep watch, what techniques, arms they have and how future firefighters are taught.
