The Fourth Anniversary of the Catastrophe on “Bulgaria” Motor Ship. We Grieve and Remember!

Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, lieutenant general of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin, Head of Kamsko-Ustyinsky Municipal District, Pavel Lokhanov, as well as Tatarstanian firefighters and rescuers that participated in the operation on liquidation of consequences of the emergency situation on the Volga came the tragedy place to pay tribute to those who had died in the shipwreck in an area of Kamskoye Ustye on July 10, 2011. Except the honorary guests, those who were not indifferent to the fate of Russians that got into trouble arrived from all corners of Tatarstan and Russia to the memorial meeting.
