The first lesson of knowledge “The ABC of Fire Safety” for the future first-graders passed not in a school room, but in a fire educational class of Education Center of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was organized by the staff of the education center and Tatarstanian Republican Department of VDPO before the new school year and timed it to the Month of Children’s Safety and 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia.

Today, EMERCOM employees, representatives of two big dynasties of the department, the Marinins and the Konovalovs, arrived to the Family Center “Kazan” by a rarity fire truck GAZ-51A. The idea of coming to the register office by half a century year old car that symbolizes the bond of generations belonged to Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin.

Incidents as of August 20:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 66 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, including in the residential sector – 2, ouhouses – 4. 1 person was injured, 1 person was saved.

Incidents as of August 19:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 70 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 16. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including on vehicles – 1.

How to protect yourself from dangers, prevent fires and how to act in an emergency – the staff of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan taught pupils of children’s camp under “Gailia” mosque of Kazan City these and many others. Children were demonstrated ways and means of rescuing on the water, told about measures of safety. Children found out why fires appear and what measures may help to prevent them. Another important theme was the rules of acting when fire appears. Inspectors of supervisory department showed how to use fire extinguishers and how to correctly report a fire and other emergencies by the numbers of emergency services 01 and 112.

Today, leaders of interested departments gathered at Commission on Emergencies and Fire Safety in the Cabinet of Ministers to discuss preparedness of schools to new school year.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 62 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including in the residential sector – 1, vehicles – 1.

EMERCOM representatives consisting of 47 people and 9 units of vehicles provided safety of visitors at places of All-Russian Festival of Historical Reconstruction “Great Bulgar” on August 14-16, 2015. During the three days more than 400 participants and 25 thousand guests of the festival acquainted with a very rich program on the territory of Bulgarian State Historical and Architectural Museum: works of children’s and adult’s sport squares, medieval tournaments, horse tournament, professional team combats, fire show, historical cuisine,  trade fair of handicrafts.

Incidents as of August 16:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 58 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 11, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 4. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, including in the residential sector – 3, outhouses – 3, garden houses – 3. 12 people were saved.

Traditionally, the staff of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the chief of the emergency department, Rafis Khabibullin, gathered to support Russian team and its forward, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief of Search and Rescue Service of RT, Ilham Nasibullin. The final result is 9:3 in favor of Russian team. Ilham Nasibullin thanked his relatives and colleagues for their support and that they stimulated to win.
