Within this day November 8, 2015 as of 7:00 A.M. 4 airplanes with tourists from Sharm El-Sheikh (2) and Hurghada (2) arrived to Kazan from Egypt. Total amount of the arrived passengers is 904 people, including 251 children (229 children at the age between 2 and 12, 22 children under 2 years old). 1 airplane left without passengers to Egypt.

Total of 1 087 people have arrived from Egypt since the beginning of the flights prohibition.

On November 7, 2015 as of 3:00 P.M., 1 flight to the city of Hurghada was cancelled, within the next two days another 5 flights to Egypt are cancelled (Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh). These very days arrival of five planes with tourists from Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh is expected.

Two international airports operate on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan: International Airport “Kazan” which is located in Laishevsky Municipal District 30 km from the city of Kazan and International Airport “Begishevo” which is located in Tukayevsky Municipal District 21 km from the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

Incidents as of November 6:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 5, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including 1 in residential sector.

According to coordinated decision of the situation room on the regulations of issues connected with temporary interruption of aviation communication with Egypt from November 6, 2015, according to the decision of National Anti-Terror Committee, in connection with real threats of acts of illegal interference to the work of Russian aviation companies, there were taken measures for reducing risks until special order.

According to the order governmental commission on interruption of flights to Egypt until ascertainment of causes of А321 airplane crash, a hotline was activated on the basis of National Crisis Management Center of EMERCOM of Russia by which Russian tourists, which are on vacation in Arab Republic of Egypt, can get information on order of return to Russia.

Incidents as of November 5:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 59 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 18. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, including 3 in residential sector, various types of property – 2, vehicles – 1, outhouses – 3. 1 person was injured.

Another conversation with schoolers was held by the commander of the separate department on the protection of the village of Krym-Saray of Almetyevsk Squad of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan. He told the students of the 8th and 9th grades of the secondary school of Krym-Saray of Bavlinsky Municipal District about the prohibition of being on the waters during the period of freeze-up and safety rules of being on the ice during the winter period.

In order to prevent fires in secondary schools which are situated on the area of departure of units of State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan”, workers of the departments hold comprehensive preventive work in children’s institutions which is directed to the propaganda of knowledge on fire safety among children.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 21, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, including 5 in residential sector. 1 person was injured.
