Naberezhnye Chelny fire and rescue garrison traditionally cooperates with religious confessions of the Republic of Tatarstan. There are meetings, round tables, lessons with the participation of representatives of Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the republic and Tatarstanian Metropolis of the Russian Orthodox Church. Such another meeting passed on October 26 in the administration of the 15th squad of the federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan. Alfas hazrat talked to EMERCOM officers on common human values, laid on the Islam foundation. After that, he walked with an excursion in the 56th fire and rescue department.

This time the excursion to the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan was made by students of the fifth and sixth grades of the gymnasium No. 7 and Kazan school No. 151. The children came to EMERCOM employees at first time, that is why they had armed with phones in order to not miss anything during the excursion and capture the most interesting moments. They visited FRD-3 of the 7th squad, Crisis Management Center and met with the best cynologist of Kazan search and rescue squad, Yekaterina Maklakova.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 38 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 11, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 1, outhouses – 3, garden houses – 1, garage – 1, other objects – 2. 1 person died.

Today, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan held an interdepartmental comprehensive drill with bodies of management and forces of functional and territorial subsystems of the single state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan on localization and minimization of consequences of emergency situations in the ‘Stantsia’ hotel of the ‘Kazan’ mountain ski sports and health complex. The drill was attended by 13 sectoral services from RSChS of Verkhny Uslon Municipal District, ministries and departments, total of 100 people of the staff.

Foreign guests got familiarized with how the work on interdepartmental interaction was organized, how the ‘Safe City’ project operates on the territory of Zelenodolsk Municipal District, on the example of the work of the Single Duty Dispatch Service (SDDS). The colleagues from the Middle Asia were demonstrated all technical abilities and software of SDDS, that allow dispatchers to solve tasks on prevention of occurring accidents and emergency situations fast and efficiently. The district’s Deputy Chief of the Executive Committee explained the details and step by step actions, specificity of the work of special programs.

Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 5, garden houses – 1. 2 persons were injured.

A delegation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan headed by the Chief of the Headquarters of Informational Technologies of MIA of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Almazbek Boobekov, are in the Republic of Tatarstan with a working visit. During the day, the guests from Middle Asia studied the experience of various service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan. The delegation visited the Calls Reception Center of the Service-112, the Department of Civil Defense of Kazan Executive Committee and the Crisis Management Center.

The event was held in order to check the knowledge of EMERCOM employees in the field of basic questions of civil defense, guidance documents, requirements of legal acts on civil defense, main directions of state policy in the field of civil defense. Within the month of civil defense, EMERCOM employees daily conduct days of knowledge on civil defense in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan in educational institutions of elementary, secondary and higher professional education in the republic. Moreover, trainings and drills, as well as practice lessons on civil defense pass.

Winners of the republican competition of ‘Letter to a veteran of fire service’, that was dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the All-Russian voluntary fire association were awarded in the republican emergency department. Hundreds of students of boarding schools, orphanages fromm all around Tatarstan took part in that competition. At once three children won prizes of the final stage of the competition. One of them was Aleksey Bachin, former student of Nurlat Orphanage, won a prize in the nomination of ‘To the Real Professional of His Job’. Now, Aleksey studies in the first year of Kazan Construction College.
