Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures by alarm 59 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 8 fires.

    The State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that in the period from 09.00 to 17.00 on August 11 and from 4.30 to 13.00 on August 12, a ban is imposed on the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sports vessels on the section of the Kazanka River from the Kremlin transport Dam to the Millennium Bridge.

    The head of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, Mikhail Afanasyev, met with volunteer rescuer Pavel Matvey – the real hero who saved 11 people during the hurricane.

    Pavel saved a family of 4 people and took everyone to shore on a jet ski. Later, the man helped 7 more people whose boat capsized. 

    On August 07, 2023, Alexey Shapovalov, a veteran of the Russian Fire protection, retired colonel of the internal service, passed away.
