The EMERCOM of Russia proposed to develop a public notification system primarily in hard-to-reach places
On the second day of his working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Anton Gerasimov took part in the strategic setting session "Safe Region" within the framework of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2023.
The participants discussed issues of regulatory regulation of further development of the hardware and software complex "Safe City", integration of specialized regional automated life safety systems, situational analysis systems and digital maturity of regional security.
During his speech, the Deputy Minister proposed to the heads of the regions to develop a public notification system primarily in hard-to-reach places.
Recall that this year the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on the public notification system came into force, which introduces the concept of "notification system levels" - from federal, subject and to municipal. Now we are talking about the reconstruction and modernization of the warning system, the creation of a unified concept for the development of this system.
