The group of forces and means of RSChS consisting of 184 people and 40 units of techniques (including 33 people and 9 units of techniques from EMERCOM of Russia) realized a complex of objectives on dismantling the rest of constructions with searching operations by two shifts within 24 hours.
Incidents as of March 20:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 62 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 9, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.
Causes are: arson – 1, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 14 times. 1 person was saved.
Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 1.
Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 12 times. Including: unblocking – 3, emergency situation liquidation – 1, others – 4, preventive raid at mass gathering places of fishermen – 2, ice condition and level monitoring – 1.

The group of forces and means of RSChS consisting of 230 people and 66 units of techniques (including 38 people and 8 units of techniques from EMERCOM of Russia) realized a complex of objectives on dismantling the rest of constructions with searching operations by two shifts within 24 hours.
Pupils of the Republican Specialized School named after N. Galliamov competed on the basis of riding-hall of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. Three teams at the ages between 11 and 15 participated in competitions of VDPO with elements of applied fire sport. According to general results, “Nadezhda” team took the first place, the second place was taken by “Kazan” team, and the third – by “Smena” team.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 28, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 6, cooperation with other services – 6, others – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, 5 of them in residential sector.
Causes are: violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 1, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, carelessness when smoking – 2, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 1, violation of fire safety rules during electrical household appliance use – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 1.

Today, citizens of the Republic of Ukraine consisting of 19 people, including 8 children, have arrived at 2:03 P.M. At 3:10 P.M. they were accommodated in a temporary accommodation center on the basis of “Vasilyevsky” sanatorium in Zelenodolsky District.
Many children’s pictures on safety on the ice have decorated “Tukayevskaya” and “Kremlyovskaya” underground stations of Kazan. Those works had participated in a republican contest which was organized by the State Inspection on Small Vessels of the republic for pupils of junior classes on safety on the ice.
