Today, employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan switched from winter to summer uniforms. It was commanded by Deputy Chief of the Headquarters Protection, Monitoring and Prevention Against Emergencies, Colonel Andrey Orlov. Today, Deputy Chairman of Russian Federation Government, Dmitry Rogozin, held a meeting of the interdepartmental commission on the development of systems of hardware and software system “Safe City”. From the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting was attended by Tatarstan Prime Minister, Ildar Khalikov, First Deputy Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Tahir Karimullin, Secretary of the Council of Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Shafigullin, Chief Federal Inspector for RT, Renat Timerzyanov, heads of republican ministries and departments.

The State Council held a videoconference with representatives of municipal units on issues of implementation of republican legislation on protection of population and territories from emergencies and the work of rescue services. The event was organized by the Committee on Law and Order. Chairman of the Committee, Shakir Yagudin, held the videoconference.

In the Year of Fire Service Chelny firefighters visited students of the cadet school named after Hero of the Soviet Union Nikita Kaymanov. During the meeting the children learned about the hard service of firefighters not only from the conversation, but seeing the video about fire service. Deputy chief of the guard of FD-72 Kamil Ganiev opened secrets of his chosen profession to the children.

Floods situation is controlled from 82 temporary observation hydroposts of EMERCOM of RT, and 28 hydroposts of Office of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Incidents as of April 12:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, dry grass – 0, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, including outhouses – 3.

At 3.30 P.M. on April 11, 2016 in there was received a report on that meltwater dilutes the road between the settlements of Yana Avyl and Shumbut. There was held an exit conference of the district administration, where the decision on the immediate restoration of the road was accepted. At 17 hours 50 minutes the road was completely restored. Attracted forces and means for the elimination of the consequences: 12 people, 8 units of techniques, including 2 people, 1 unit of techniques from EMERCOM of Russia.

On April 12 at 13.06 there was received a reported on that fishermen were suffering a wreck near the bridge across Vyatka in Mamadysh region. Rescuers of Zonal Search and Rescue Squad No. 5 of Search and Rescue Service Under EMERCOM of RT, and Head of Mamadysh Fire and Rescue garrison went to the aid for the fishermen.

The best eighteen teachers on the subject “Basics of Life Safety” gathered in Kazan to take part in the final stage of the republican contest “Teacher of the Year of the Republic of Tatarstan on the course “Basics of Life Safety” of 2015/2016 academic year. The contest passed on the basis of training and production plant of Kazan school No. 60.
