Supervisory Department for Nizhnekamsk Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Nizhnekamsk branch of TRO VDPO held traditional annual competitions of teams of young firefighters among eighth grades of schools in Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk District which have been held for more than 30 years. The competition was attended by 225 children as a part of 37 teams. The 1st place was taken by Tatarstan Cadet School of Volga Federal District Named After Hero of the Soviet Union Gani Safiullin. The 2nd place was taken by the secondary school No. 2 of the urban village of Kamskie Polyany.The 3rd place was after Lyceum №35.

Solemn events dedicated to the Day of Official Adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria, and the ceremonial laying of the memorial capsule at the site of creation of Bulgarian Islamic Academy in the city of Bolgar passed on May 21, 2016 in the city of Bolgar of Spas Municipal District on the territory of the Museum-Reserve. The event was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. More than thirty thousand visitors from Tatarstan and other regions of Russia came to the feast. The event’s safety was provided by EMERCOM staff both on the land, and on the water. In total, 44 people, 14 pieces of equipment and three boats were involved.

Incidents as of May 22:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 45 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, outhouses – 2, garden houses - 1.

Today more than 30 employees of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan have taken part in the republican nature protection stock "Pure Woods of Tatarstan". This action is directed to create a favorable sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the woods located in the territory of Republic of Tatarstan. Within action the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has cleaned household garbage, has sorted wooden designs in the wood near Dubravnaya skiing lodge.

Incidents as of May 20:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 85 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing - 9, false alarms - 33, food burning – 3, short circuit of wiring without burning - 4, cooperation with other services - 17. Firefighters of the republic eliminated - 13 fires, residential sector – 4,  garden houses - 1, outbuildings -5.

Today in Apastovsky district fighting expansion competitions within the final stage of a republican review competition "The best division of voluntary fire protection of the Republic of Tatarstan" have come to the end. This year 44 teams – winners of municipal competitions fought for the right to be called the best team DPO in Tatarstan. The first prize the ARS-14 fire truck.

Consultation – the warning of intensity of the meteorological phenomena 

Dear citizens! According to Federal State Budgetary Institution Management on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of Environment of the Republic of Tatarstan in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan: in the morning and in the afternoon on May 21 in places across the Republic of Tatarstan thunder-storms and short-term strengthening of southeast wind to 15-20 m/s are expected.

Today in club of highest tank command school with the Order of the Red Banner Public council at the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and National association of associations of reserve officers of Armed forces (MEGAFEAST) the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, DOSAAF, and also the veteran and youth organizations have held Officer meeting with participation of the military personnel of military units and higher education institutions of armed forces, Emercom of Russia. The State program of patriotic education of citizens for 2016-2020 became a subject of a meeting. 

Today in Tatarstan annual republican competitions in the School of Safety program have come to the end. We will remind that school students of Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Sarmanovsky, Mamadyshsky, Baltasinsky and other municipal districts took part in the competitions which are carried out near the settlement of Sokolka of Mamadyshsky district. There were 18 teams.

Including burning garbage extinguishing - 9, false calls – 28, food burning – 6, short circuit of wiring without burning - 2, on interaction with other services - 9 times, the others - 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, outbuildings – 5 fires, garden houses - 1, vehicle - 1.
