Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 48 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires: residential sector – 6, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1. 2 persons were saved.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, meal burning – 8, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 3, vehicles – 1.

Everything happened at the city lake which is located practically in the center of Zelenodlsk. A 17-year-old schoolboy, Yegor Dubrovin took out of the water a nine-year-old girl, who dived into the lake and had not showed up for 2-3 minutes. Without hesitation he suddenly rushed into the water right in his clothes. Yegor’s father helped to get the girl to the shore and began to provide first medical aid. In a few minutes, the ambulance came up. The girl was taken to the resuscitation department of Zelenodolsk Central District Hospital. Literally next day, after examining the girl doctors assessed her condition as satisfactory and let her go home.

Today, national challenges of cynology crews according to IPO-R international rules have begun in Kazan. They will pass three days, and for this time, about 10 cynology crews of professional rescuers and volunteers from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Moscow, Moscow suburbs, Kirov, Sarov will test their strength. Referees of International Rescue Dog Organization from Slovenia and Czech Republic will judge Russian cynologists. As in certificate tests according to standards of EMERCOM of Russia, the participants will represent their job on searching conditional victims in man-made and natural environment, and will pass tests of obedience and agility.

The stage of ‘Red Bull Air Race’ world air piloting championship will start on July 22 in Kazan. And today, the competitions participants held first training flights. From EMERCOM of Russia, the participant’s safety will be provided by 41 people on 8 vessels and 4 vehicles.

The swimming was organized for visitors of Tatarstan capital by employees of the GIMS Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, coaches of sports swimming school of the ‘Kazanorgsintez’ swimming pool, Kazan rescuers and OSVOD representatives. Qualified noble coaches helped recruits to improve techniques swimming styles. They are honored worker of physical culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, deputy director of the ‘Kazanorgsintez’ swimming pool on educational and sports process, referee of All-Russian category on swimming, Farid Galeev and swimming coach, Guzel Perovich, who came to her homeland from Serbia to rest.
