      Now at the request of the president we together with police officers will check the domestic territories every week. In the yards there shall be free a carriageway three meters wide. It is clear that anywhere such area isn't present, especially in some yards people park from both sides. There it is heavy to pass even to the automobile machine, without speaking about fire equipment. And if there is a fire?

      On the eve of a holiday firefighters of ПЧ-35 and ПЧ-47 of ОФПС-1 on RT organized and carried out for children of the 1st class "B" 29 – oh comprehensive school Nizhnekamsk the Open Day.

      Acquaintance began in an assembly hall where children were showed the animated film on fire safety and held a quiz on fire-proof subject. Then, the deputy chief of ПЧ-47 Lenar Sagdeev carried out tour on a fire brigade. Firemen showed to children the fighting clothes and fire equipment with which they leave on fires and accidents. Fire tenders appeared the most interesting to them. Children were given opportunity to climb machines where they with pleasure were photographed. There was no limit to delight of children.

      Training of future specialists of fire case is one of priority tasks for the second group of  ФПС ГПС of RT. The free section on fire applied sports in a sports arena works more than ten years. Young firefighters of group regularly become prize-winners of various competitions. One day young athletes tried forces within Superiority of the second group. Tournament was devoted to the 365 anniversary of fire protection of Russia.

      At the first stage of competition the speed of passing 100 meter way was checked. The second stage demanded speed in lifting by assault ladder on an educational tower.

      On both disciplines in 3 age categories the places were distributed equally. In a younger age group the first place was taken by Haidar Bayazitov (ПЧ-81, Mavrino), in average category – Aydar Bayazitov, in the senior category won  Afanasyev Ilya (Almetyevsk ПЧ-15). In an all-team competition the places were distributed so: 1 place - ПЧ-15 Almetyevsk, the 2nd place – Mavrino ПЧ-81, 3 a place – Karabash ПЧ-21.  All prize-winners received gratulating letters and remunerations. The winner team received a cup.

      They became a reason for the next session of commission of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was passed under the chairmanship of the first deputy of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

      Damage scales from the fires to environment and economy are huge. As a result of such fires the whole objects burn,  production - economic activity, apartment houses, country and outdoor constructions. Fires arise, as a rule, in intensively used green space, along automobile and the railroads, on coast of the rivers. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic notes that today divisions of fire protection left on suppression of fire of a grass and garbage about 100 times. Thus the total area of burning constituted more than 43 000 sq.m.

      Our today's meeting is timely and actual, and aims to finish preparation for the fire-dangerous period until the end of April, - Alexey Pesoshin finished a speech.

      Tomorrow inhabitants of Tatarstan will hear again sounds of sirens, a voice of the announcer and will receive SMS messages with informing on verification of the notification passing in the republic. Systems of the notification it will be performed on April 18 from 10.00 till 12.00 o'clock in all municipalities of the republic. In the notification of the population networks of electrosirens and speech the siren installations established in settlements will be involved.

      Inhabitants of the republic, having heard a siren signal, have not to look for shelter. Siren signal, which name "Attention to all!", serves for population drawing attention. Having heard such signal, it is necessary to switch on TV, radio channels, listen to the message and  work according to these recommendations.

      Only the correct and accurate actions will help you with extraordinary conditions to keep health and life. The understanding of extent of threat, knowledge of signals of civil defense and adequate actions in case of threat of an emergency situation will help to save life to you and your relatives.

      On April 18 in Kazan competitions between voluntary fire teams of cafe and restaurants UK "OFS" of Kazan" are held. The purpose of competitions is check of readiness of members of fighting forces of voluntary fire teams of restaurateurs to suppression of possible fires, their abilities to use primary fire extinguishing means and assistance to the victim.

      Winners of competitions are determined by the smallest result of time shown in relay. Competitions are held on April 18, 2014 at 14.00 o'clock on the sports ground to the address: Kazan, H.Yamashev Ave., Victory park.

      Within large-scale doctrines with governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES on liquidation of large-scale emergency situations and fires which pass in the republic from April 15 to April 17, today there passed joint training of rescuers of the Kazan search and rescue group - branch of the Volga regional search and rescue group of Emercom of Russia and the Aviation link of Head department of Emercom of Russia through the Republic of Tatarstan. The doctrine is carried out for the purpose of enhancement of knowledge and practical skills of heads of governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES on liquidation of consequences of emergency situations, recovery of conditions of activity of the population, working off of acceptances and methods of protection of the population with use of modern technical means.

      The head department of Emercom of Russia on RT reminds, the walking to ice is deadly. The ice which hasn't thawed yet doesn't maintain human weight any more.
