On the eve of Children’s Day first-formers of Kazan school №39 had a special lesson, it was not conducted by a school teacher, but by a press service employee of Main Department of MES of Russia on RT. During the safety lesson children were not only reminded rules of behavior near water, in forest, on street at the summertime, but also watched “Spasik and his friends” cartoon, and solved different thematic tasks.
On May, 28 at 09:25 in ODS FKU “CUKS GU MES of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan” via GLONASS 112 system a report on the fall of a tower crane on constructing underground garages was received in Naberezhnye Chelny, Chulman Avenue, 46th complex. Information about the victims is specified. The cause of the disaster is being ascertained. Involved forces to eliminate the consequences of the disaster: 22 persons, 6 units of technics, including 10 persons and 6 units of technics from MES of Russia.
Incidents for May, 27:
Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 87 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 16, dry grass extinguishing – 3. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 2 of them in the residential sector. Unfortunately, 2 persons died.
The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 2, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1, violation of the rules of installation – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 18 times. 2 persons were saved.
Missions of VFD units on fire fighting – 2 times.
Missions of SAR units of MES of RT – 9 times.
Today, preparedness of the territorial subsystem of emergency management of the Republic of Tatarstan to engaging measures of providing civil safety on waters of the Republic of Tatarstan and prevention of people from death during the bathing season was discussed in Ministry of RT on the conference of Emergency management and fire safety committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Annual fire-applied sports competition was held in Almetyevsk city among young firefighter units of Almetyevskiy district schools on the basis of №23 fire department of FFSD-2 on RT. During the sports competition the children showed not only physical toughness and skill, but also a great knowledge of fire safety rules when they were answering the questions of a quiz.
A solemn celebration of the members of a volunteer fire unit was held in Sukharevo village of Nizhnekamskiy district. Head of department of oversight on Nizhnekamskiy district Kamil Shigapov, head of Nizhnekamskiy department of fire service on RT Damir Shafigullin, and deputy executive committee of Nizhnekamskiy district Lida Tartmina.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire – 3, violation of fire safety rules during electric device use – 2, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, incorrect installation and failure in heating stove and chimney – 1, failure of systems, mechanisms and components of a vehicle – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1, arson – 2.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 28 times. 12 persons were saved.

In Sarmanovo, on the playground of “Start” ski center there was held a competition on fire-applied sport among young firefighter teams. The competition is annual and teams from different schools Sarmanovskiy municipal district participate in it. Those were MBOU “Murtysh-Tamakskaya OOSh”, MBOU “Azalakovskaya OOSh” and MBOU “Ilyaksazskaya OOSh”.
Was shown by the firefighters of the second detachment of Federal fire service on the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of 13 departments from all around the south-east of the republic flew together to Jalil village like a trouble had happened. Even though the reason was rosier, firemen were able to express themselves fully. Otherwise they could not fight for victory in combat deployment competition.

Fire departments of FFS of MD of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 106 times: burning garbage extinguishing – 17, dry grass extinguishing – 15. Firemen of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector.
The causes of fires are: carelessness when smoking – 1, arson – 2, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, violation of the rules of electric device installation – 2, violation of fire safety rules during electric equipment use – 1, incorrect installation and failure in heating stove and chimney – 1, ascertains – 1.
Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents - 15 times. 9 persons were saved.
