Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 73 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: careless handling of fire – 4, violation of fire safety rules during electrical appliance use – 3, spontaneous combustion of goods and materials – 2.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 22 times. 1 person was rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 7.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 13 times. Including: door unblocking – 4, searching operations on the water – 2, searching for the lost in the forest – 5, others – 2.

The Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan summarized Month of Safety in the Republic of Tatarstan that took place on the territory of the region from August 14 to September 12. All planned activities of the month were a success in time and without disruption. “Month of Safety” was organized in cooperation with local government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan. The activities were reported in the media at all levels. Totally 335 open classes were held in schools of the republic.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 84 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 12, dry grass extinguishing – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, 2 of them in the residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: arson – 1, careless handling of fire – 2, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, ascertain – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 25 times. 3 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 4.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 15 times. Including: door unblocking – 2, searching operations on the water – 2, traffic accident – 3, searching for a lost in the forest – 2, others – 5.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 68 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 8, dry grass extinguishing – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 13 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: carelessness when smoking – 2, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 2, violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 2, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 3, careless handling of fire – 2, wrong installation and defect in heating stove and chimney – 2.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 24 times. 1 person was rescued.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 14 times. 13 of them by alarm, 1 – for prevention.

Today, the most wide-scale republican competitions "School of Safety" since their history beginning from 2001 were finished. They started on September 17 on the territory of children’s health center “Kostyor” on Vysokogorsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan. Teams of almost all municipal districts and institutions of the republic gathered at the final stage, and that was more than 450 students. 

Workers of the separate post of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the frame of the Month of Safety on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan held more than 200 thematic lessons in the form of interviews with children of students of educational institutions. Teaching fire safety rules is held in close connection with the general educational process, both during lessons and extracurricular activities.

In order to prevent fire safety in houses, detachments of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan hold systematic and planning work. Workers of the separate post of the village Nurlaty of Kazan squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round of 45 residential houses of the village of Kugeevo of Zelenodolsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, 2 of them in residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: carelessness when smoking – 3, violation of fire safety rules during welding works – 1, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, careless handling of fire – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 11 times. 2 persons were rescued.

On September 18, 2014 at 14:06 (MSK) EDDS of Almetyevsky MD via number 112 was reported unknown liquid flowing out of a pipeline in Kulsharipovo of Almetyevsky District (not reaching railways). Garrison operations group left for the scene. As it turned out, there have been going planned repairs of technological conduit in the forest plantation of village Kulsharipovo of Almetyevsky District since September 18, 2014 at 5 o’clock.
