Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 71 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 10, dry grass extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 36, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 4, others – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, 3 of them in residential sector.
On April,23 at 10:00 A.M., a presentation of a project on teaching people first aid provision and psychological support will take place in the Center of Simulating and Imitating Education of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University. The presentation will be attended by the Director of the Center of Emergency Psychological Aid of EMERCOM of Russia, Julia Shoygu, and representatives of interested departments (EMERCOM of Russia, Ministry of Health of Russia, Ministry of Sports of the RF, deputies of State Duma of Federal Assembly of the RF).
Exit Meeting of Interdepartmental Governmental Commission on issues connected with introducing and developing systems of “Safe City” hardware-software complex of technical means took place in Kazan in the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of The Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Rogozin.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 4 of them in residential sector. 5 people were saved.
Chairman of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, Co-Chairman of Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation, Ricardo Cabrisas, who is in Kazan, has visited the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The distinguished guest from Liberty Island was accompanied by the Prime-Minister of RT, Ildar Khalikov.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, 0 of them in residential sector.
Causes are: careless handling of fire – 1, violation of electrical equipment technical use rules – 1, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 1.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 12 times. Including: door unblocking – 5, others – 5, evacuation of an injured – 2.
According to Complex Plan of Main Events of EMERCOM of Russia, from April 21 to 23, 2015 command-stuff exercises will be held. In Volga Federal District exercises on actions during elimination of emergencies of interregional and federal character.
According to Federal State Budgetary Institution “Hydrometeorology and Environment Monitoring Office of the Republic of Tatarstan” data, in the late afternoon and in the evening of April 20 until the night of April 21, 2015 average 15-20 m/s wind intensification from South-East changing to South-West with gusts up to 21-26 m/s is expected.
According to the results of the zonal stage of All-Russian Military Sports Game “Zarnitsa”, cadets of EMERCOM’s “Firefighter-rescuer” corps of Naberezhnye Chelna cadet school named after Hero of the Soviet Union, Nikita Kaymanov, took the 1st place in overall. The zonal stage which was attended by 8 teams of cadet classes from cities and districts of the republic was held in Menzelinsk. Chelny cadets brought home six diplomas.
