Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 50 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including 1 in the residential sector, garden houses – 1, vehicles - 1.

Yearly, TRO VDPO RT together with Office of Supervisory Affairs and Preventive Work of HQ EMERCOM of Russia for RT hold activities on fire prevention and propaganda of fire safety measures among people of the Republic of Tatarstan. On February 26, 2016, a science conference in the field of fire safety “The World’s in Our Hands” was summarized. There were represented 34 works on 4 directions for the republican round.

Within the Open Day in Education Center on Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was organized by the center employees together with the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan on the eve of World Civil Defense Day, first course students of the department of Industrial and Ecological Safety of KNRTU Named After Tupolev not only found out the history and the present of civil defense, but also practiced in first aid provision and putting on gas mask.

On the eve of World Civil Defense Day, Chief of Office of Civil Protection of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Gibadullin, told about the meaning of this memorable day in the development of civil defense of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, and about changes in federal legislation in the field of protection of people and the territory in the field of civil defense.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 6, burnt meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 21. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, including 4 in the residential sector, outhouses – 2. 1 person was injured, 1 person was rescued.

Today, the meeting of Social Council of EMERCOM of RT was held the first time this year. It was held on the basis of “Kazanskaya Yarmarka” exhibition center and was organized to the 20th jubilee exhibition “Safety and Communication”.
