The director of the 112 emergency call service, Olga Lozovaya, told about this innovation, as well as the service’s functioning in the republic on the whole, to journalists at a briefing which passed in “Tatmedia”, today. From 2009 to 2016, total of 7 mln. calls were received and processed for the 112 system functioning in the Republic of Tatarstan. The subscriber’s average waiting time in queue reduced from 20 seconds in 2014 to 6-7 seconds in 2016. On the average more than 5 hundred calls per day are processed.

Preventive action on autonomous fire alarms installation in the republic of Tatarstan in houses and flats where families live on socially dangerous situation and have under age children, ends. Until November 1, there will be installed 5 336 fire alarms in 1 334 families, which are registered by local administrations and social protection departments, in 45 municipal districts of the republic.

The report on burning of a garden house in an uncommercial garden association was received at 8.56 P.M. FD-72 of the 15th squad consisted of 5 people was at the scene in five minutes. During fire extinguishing there were found bodies of two women born in 1960, 1997 and a man born in 1985 in the house’s rooms. Another man’s body is being identified. At 9.17 P.M., the open fire was eliminated. At 9.32 P.M., the fire’s consequences were liquidated. The fire’s preliminary cause is violation of fire safety rules during furnace use.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, residential sector – 3. 4 people died. 1 person got injured.

The holiday’s main guests were students of schools of Kaybitsky Municipal District and veterans of fire service. In the early morning, there was organized a real exhibition of technique and special equipment of emergency services of the district before the square of the Children’s Arts School. There were represented all forces and means ready to respond to occurrence of any emergency and accident in the district: fire trucks, special rescue equipment, ambulances, traffic inspection cars, as well as duty technique of emergency brigades of gas services and electric network.

Now, 100 families in Naberezhnye Chelny have been equipped with home fire alarms. EMERCOM employees are going to install another 86 detectors at early time. Recall that firefighters and inspectors of the supervisory affairs department hold this preventive work in residential houses and flats, where families live in socially dangerous condition, within charity action according to the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

Today, residents of the village of Kadyshevo were the participants of an unordinary preventive action. The staff of the department of supervisory affairs of the city of Kazan and activists of voluntary fire team of “Nasko” insurance company visited them. EMERCOM employees held preventive talks and installed fire alarms, which were kindly given to its clients by the insurance company, in their houses.

Chief of the first squad of federal fire service, Aleksey Shapovalov, as an experienced firefighter, pays a great value to professional education of his subordinates. It is the only squad in the republic which holds competitions in combat deployment among duty guards of its fire and rescue departments, at that two times a year – in winter and autumn. The last event was held at training polygon from October 11 to 14. There were participating 56 duty guards each of 5 people. The competitions composed of three stages.
