Every day, rescuers of Tatarstan hold preventive conversations with students of pre-school and secondary educational institutions teaching children and growing generation to basics of safe life. As well, fishermen fell into the field of view of employees of the search and rescue service under EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan. From October 23 to 30, they made 55 preventive departures, within of which they held 199 conversations covering about 1,000 people. Rescuers choose themes depending on a visit place and listeners, with which they have to hold preventive work.

A garrison’s specialists held fire tactics drill in the military unit No. 75487 that is located in the city of Zelenodolsk. The main aim of the cooperative drill was working out the cooperation of fire departments with representatives of the military unit, as well as improving skills of departments’ stuff during rescue works and fires extinguishing. The drill was attended by duty guards of the fire department No. 53. All departments did their tasks fast and neatly. It took less than 25 minutes to liquidate the fire.

Departments of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan hold ‘Housing-2017’ preventive operation on the territory of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, which main aim is to prevent and decrease the growth of number of fires, and people’s death on them. There were held instructions about the order of actions in case of fire and dealing a number of emergency services with house hosts. The residents were given memos on keeping fire safety measures during winter fire-risk period in the end of conversations.

Including garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 12. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1, vehicles – 1.

Within the Month of Civil Defense, workers of the separate post of Naberezhnye Chelny squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan organized the Day of Open Doors for schoolchildren of junior grades of the secondary school of the village of Isenbaevo of Agryz District. The children listened about fire equipment, service and everyday life of firefighters, and mainly about how they must not behave with fire and what to do if fire occurs anyway. Further, the children enter the garage, where they watched the technique and fire equipment.

Including garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 19, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 2, outhouses – 4. 3 persons were injured.

Incidents as of October 27:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 55 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 29, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 1, bath-houses – 1, outhouses – 1, vehicles – 2, others – 1. 2 persons died.

Naberezhnye Chelny fire and rescue garrison traditionally cooperates with religious confessions of the Republic of Tatarstan. There are meetings, round tables, lessons with the participation of representatives of Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the republic and Tatarstanian Metropolis of the Russian Orthodox Church. Such another meeting passed on October 26 in the administration of the 15th squad of the federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan. Alfas hazrat talked to EMERCOM officers on common human values, laid on the Islam foundation. After that, he walked with an excursion in the 56th fire and rescue department.

This time the excursion to the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan was made by students of the fifth and sixth grades of the gymnasium No. 7 and Kazan school No. 151. The children came to EMERCOM employees at first time, that is why they had armed with phones in order to not miss anything during the excursion and capture the most interesting moments. They visited FRD-3 of the 7th squad, Crisis Management Center and met with the best cynologist of Kazan search and rescue squad, Yekaterina Maklakova.
