This was reported today to journalists during a briefing by Alexey Sokolov, the Speaker of the Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also, the briefing was attended by the head of the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for RT, Radik Gismyatov.
As of 9.00 AM 16.04.2018 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in 6 municipal districts followings were flooded: 14 household plots in 2 settlements, 4 low bridges, 1 section of dirt road. In the past 24 hours, decrease in the height of the flood wave was observed on most watercourses.
On April 14, as a result of rising water levels in the river Bula in Apastovo District, the access to roads to the village of Chireevo was cut off. Chireevo has 21 dwelling houses with 51 people (no children). There are no socially significant objects. The head of FRD-106, the head of the rural settlement of Deushevo and a rescuer of Kazan SAR squad and a medic visited the village on Sherp swamp car. Also, food was brought on the car to the village.
Employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan regularly conduct classes in preschool institutions and tell little citizens about the consequences of any fire and how to behave during fire. Senior Inspector of supervisory department for Vysokaya Gora Municipal District of Yegor Alikov conducted a preventive event on fire safety with pupils of Tashly-Kovali kindergarten 'Koyashkay'.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: private houses – 2, apartment buildings – 1, saunas – 2, garden houses – 2.
At 11.40 AM 15.04.2018, from an ice hole on the river Volga near the settlement of Upper Uslon, 150 m away from the coast, rescuers of ZPSO № 2 (the city of Kazan) and GIMS rescued men born in 1986 and 1974. The rescuers crawled to men for a closer distance and dragged them from the ice hole. After lunch at 2.55 AM (MSK) 15.04.2018 from an ice hole on the river Kama near the city of Chistopol 500 m away from the coast, rescuers of ZPSO № 3 and GIMS saved a man born in 1953. He lives in the village of Cheremshan.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: private houses – 4, apartment buildings – 1, outhouses – 1, saunas – 2, garden houses – 1. 1 person was injured.
As of 10.00 AM 14.04.2018 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in 5 municipal districts followings were flooded: 3 dwelling houses, 15 household plots in 1 settlement, 5 low water bridges, 1 section of dirt road. 12 task forces were worked on monitoring the flood situation on 13.04.2018. Spring flood continues on the rivers of the republic. Most of the watercourses were completely cleared from ice.

Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 26, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 13. There were no fires in the republic.
As a result of the exit of the river Kubnya from the banks, on April 11, in Zelenodolsk Municipal District, 10 private houses were flooded. Forces of the 154th fire and rescue department of the 8th detachment pump water from the court territories by means of fire pumps. Plots, gardens, court buildings and houses were flooded. According to local residents water comes to their village every spring, so they prepare in advance for the season of snow melting. But this year flood stronger.
