Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 59 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 7, false alarms – 18, short circuit – 1, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 11 fires: residential sector – 4, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 3, garden houses – 1.

Today in the capital of oil province of the Republic of Tatarstan, the final stage of the republican competitions of emergency rescue teams was completed. Employees of enterprises that acted as non-professional signalmen, scouts and sanitary volunteers, demonstrated their skills necessary in the elimination of an emergency situation in peacetime and wartime. 19 teams from Tatarstan cities representing various industrial enterprises of the republic took part in the competitions.

Including garbage extinguishing – 19, abandoned building – 1, stubble – 1, false alarms – 21, short circuit – 2, meal burning – 6, cooperation with other services – 10, other – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires: residential sector – 4. 3 people were saved.

Firefighters met with the children of the yacht club recently. In the last days of August, workers of the Zelenodolsk branch of the voluntary fire service together with firefighters of the 8th detachment of the federal fire service organized fire safety classes. One of these days pupils of 'Dolphin' came with a return visit to the firefighters. The children visited the Fire Service Museum of Zelenodolsk, where the excursion took place through the exposition halls of the museum.

Today, the head of the interdistrict department of supervisory activities and preventive work for Apastovo and Kaibitsy municipal districts, Ildar Valiev, visited the state autonomous professional educational institution 'Apastovo Agrarian College'. The inspector conducted fireproof instruction with the teaching staff and service staff of the institution, after which the fire at the facility was improvised. It was easily extinguished, and all the students and staff were taken out to a safe place on the street.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: residential sector – 4, bathhouses – 1, garden houses – 1, other – 1.

According to 'Vodokanal', the water supply of houses and administrative buildings that remained without cold water was organized along the reserve scheme with a pressure of 2.4 atmospheres. All water users were provided with water. Approximate time for completion of works on repairing the cable and getting to work along the basic scheme is at 17.00 on September 12, 2018.

On September 12 at 12.20 at the intersection of streets Agrarnaya and Zhiganov, there was a break of cable. As a result of the accident, the Eastern Water Pipeline of Kazan was interrupted. At the moment, vehicles with water tanks deliver water to people. Forces and means were sent to the scene of the incident consisting of 25 people and 6 units of equipment, including 5 people and 1 unit of equipment from EMERCOM of Russia.

As part of the Children's Safety Month, the Fire Service Museum of Zelenodolsk received the EMERCOM cadets. Students of Vasilyevo cadet boarding school are regular guests in Zelenodolsk fire and rescue garrison. Acquaintance with the exposition began on the facade of the fire and rescue department from the exhibition of fire equipment. Next was the direct tour of the exposition halls of the museum. In the end of the excursion, the children asked questions of interest to them.
