Incidents for July 15, 2019:
Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT departed by alert 61 times. From them on false calls of-17 times, on interaction with other services – 24 times, on burning of food – 3 times, on short circuit without burning - 3. The fire republics liquidated – 9 fires, from them the inhabited sector - 2 fires, outdoor constructions - 1 fire, garden lodges-1 fires, other objects - 5 fires.
The reasons of the fires became: careless handling of fire - 5 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of electric equipment – 2 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces-1 fire, an arson-1 fire.
Departures of divisions of DPO on fire fighting – 1 time.
Departures of divisions on duty of PSS at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RT – 14 times. From them: on an unblocking-3 times, on other - 11 times, on search - 2 times. For professional works - 16 times.

According to Federal State Budgetary Institution Management on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Environment of the Republic of Tatarstan: in the next 1-3 hours, with preservation during the day and in the evening on July 15, 2019 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan thunderstorms, heavy rains, a hail, strong wind rushes up to 15-20 m/s, locally up to 24 m/s in places are expected.

The fire republics liquidated – 6 fires, from them the inhabited sector - 3 fires, outdoor constructions - 1 fire, other objects - 1 fire, unexploited buildings – 1 fire. 1 person suffered. 2 children are saved.

After a review competition "The best chief of guard of FPS on RT", passed a final stage of the republican competition "The Best Firefighter of the Federal Fire Service across the Republic of Tatarstan" in the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan today. The winner from 19 applicants was defined by strict jury of head department. In professional skill both skilled firefighters, and debutants of a competition competed. The review competition of professional skill is organized within the All-Russian festival on subject of safety and rescue of people "The constellation of courage".
On July 10, 2019 suddenly the head of department of prevention of emergency situations of management of civil protection of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan the lieutenant colonel of internal service Andrey Vladimirovich Shakimov died. He devoted all the life to service to the state. Its progress, high professionalism were repeatedly noted by departmental awards. Today hundreds of people came to a civil funeral: colleagues, friends, relatives.
Much attention is paid to fire safety of objects with mass stay of people. Life and health of patients in case of any emergency situation, including the fire depends on existence and serviceability of fire protection systems, competent actions of personnel.
Therefore inspectors of GPN allocate one of leading roles in work on prevention for fire-prevention instructing with personnel.
The summer period in the heat, and most of citizens during all this period live or come for the weekend to the country sites. For this reason since May, the number of fires in garden and country houses increases.
Today during raid on garden associations "Sokol" and "Tayfun", located in Arsky district near the settlement of Kishmetyevo, the inspector of interdistrict department of supervising activity and scheduled maintenance on Arsky and Atninsky municipal districts Anton Sotov reminded citizens of observance of fire safety requirements.
The inspector of GPN placed the main focus on precautionary measures when using of the dug-out fire.
