    This year, the residents of Tatarstan will have to make a serious choice! Elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the seventh convocation will be held on September 8. Polling stations will be open from 7:00 to 20:00. Additional elections of deputies of representative bodies of municipalities will be held in 38 districts of the republic. Of the 100 deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, 50 are elected by party lists, 50 by single-mandate electoral districts.

    In July 1894, the magazine "Пожарное дело" was born in the Russian Empire - the first publication dedicated to the prevention and extinguishing of fires. Since then, he has become a constant companion of fire protection specialists, constantly developing and reflecting the latest achievements in the field of fire safety.

    During the happy time of the summer holidays, children spend their leisure time in different ways. Some parents sent them to their grandmothers in the village, others rest in children's health camps, and there are guys who stayed in the city and attend school camps, as well as day care groups.     The opening of the annual international youth educational forum "Selet" took place on the site of the Bilyarsk State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve. 500 children and 150 staff members came to the meeting of the 1st shift. The fire protection of such a significant event is under the vigilant control of the staff of the Alekseevsky fire and rescue garrison.

The issues of emergency prevention and response were discussed.  At a meeting with the Minister of Emergency Response of China, Wang Xiangxi, the vectors of partnership in the field of regular exchange of space monitoring data were determined. 

    On July 11, at 13:18 on Lake Izumrudnoye, rescuers of the Kazan SRW, who were on duty at a place of mass recreation near the water, saw that four people turned over on an air mattress in the center of the lake and began to call for help. Rescuers from the Kazan siege advanced to them on a watercraft and brought them ashore. First aid was not required, a preventive conversation was held.

    On July 11, in Kazan, on the second day of the work of the heads of emergency departments of the BRICS countries, Russian specialists demonstrated rescue actions on land and water.
