During the reporting period, 42,200 calls were received and processed in the 112 System by specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls, and 33,960 incident cards were sent to emergency operational services.
Today, about 60% of calls to emergency operational services in the Republic of Tatarstan are received in the 112 System.
The largest number of requests were received for medical care – 30.9%, in the direction of the police – 30.1%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 24.9%, on housing and communal services – 3.2%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.6%, other – 9.3%.
According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for applicants for a response from a Service 112 specialist was 14 seconds, and the average conversation time between a Service 112 specialist and applicants was 1 minute and 14 seconds.
112 Service psychologists provided 83 consultations in the round-the-clock mode of providing psychological support to subscribers, and a total of 318 calls were received for psychological assistance.
