The Body of the Guard Chief Eduard Illarionov, Who Died in the Line of Duty, Was Committed to the Ground

About hundred people gathered near a small two-storey wooden house at Sovetskaya street, where Eduard grew and lived. The farewell ceremony was attended by the Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Lieutenant-General of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin, the leadership of EMERCOM of Tatarstan, employees of the 12th fire and rescue department of the city of Volzhsk. The funeral procession leaded by a fire truck slowly proceeded across streets of Volzhsk. Further, orthodox funeral service was held in Svyato-Nikolski cathedral. After that the funeral procession directed to the village of Pinjan Kukmor of the Republic of Mari El, where the guard chief, Ediard Illarionov, was buried in local cemetery next to his father’s grave.
