WARNING for the Population of the Republic of Tatarstan! On February 28, 2017 Alarm Systems Will Be Tested

27 February 2017, Monday

On February 28 of this year, speech alarm systems will be launched on the whole territory of Tatarstan. The first signal will sound from 10.00 A.M. in all municipal districts. At 11.30 A.M. “IDIS” speech systems will turn on in Kazan and Verkhny Uslon District. On the same day, ПТV-Trion alarm system on mobile electric vehicle launching was planned in Kazan.

From 12.00 P.M. C-40 siren plants will trigger in cities and municipal districts. At 12.00 from joint duty dispatch services of districts and duty dispatch services of enterprises, local alarm systems will automatically trigger.

In connection with the upcoming planed training, EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan asks citizens to stay calm and attentively listen to alarm signals.

Preventive ice safety raids

Rescuers of ZSRU No. 6 (Naberezhnye Chelny), which are part of the Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted preventive raids aimed at raising awareness and safety culture of the population on the ice, especially among fishermen.
