Awarding Ceremony of Winners if VIII All-Russian Festival “Courage Constellation” Will Be Broadcasted on Official Portal of EMERCOM of Russia

At 5.00 P.M. on December 1, 2016, the ceremony of awarding winners of VIII All-Russian festival of people’s safety and rescuing “Courage Constellation” will take place in the hall of Fundamental Library of Lomonosov Moscow State University. The festival unites representatives of security departments, journalists, society in solving common task – improving safe life culture, patriotic education, honoring present heroes: firefighters, rescuers, representatives of other professions, ordinary people, who showed heroism and courage, coming to help at difficult moment.

Awards will be given by the Head of EMERCOM of Russia, Vladimir Puchkov, Heroes of Russia, State Duma deputies and members of the Council of the Federation, science, culture and art workers, media managers.
