By the Whole World. Positive Experience of Safety Provision on the Water Was Identified in Nizhnekamsk District

During the examination of the work of the Commission on Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Fire Safety Provision (KChSPB) of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, the Commission of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan marked positive experience on the organization of population’s recreation on the water in the village of Bolgar of Sukharevo rural settlement. Neptune Festival with the attendance of local people, swimming, fish-soup cooking and tea drinking passed on the recreation area ennobled by joint forces. By the decision of the Chairman of KChSPB of Nizhnekamsk MD, the pond was included to the list of mass recreation places and to the route of patrolling of interdepartmental preventive crews.
