People Have to Pay a Fine for Swimming in the Waters at “Wild” Beaches

In case of bathing of citizens in unequipped waters, representatives of local authorities have the right to impose an administrative fine of 1 000 to 1 500 rubles. This measure of impact is implemented in practice according to the article 3.10 of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Republic of Tatarstan. On Sunday, inspectors of the department of safety on water objects during the cooperative raid with police, OSVOD and Kazan Executive Committee representatives warned Kazan holidaymakers who rest on “wild” beaches about this.
